Set-up costs can be relatively high, since each color on each location of your shirt requires the "burning" of a fresh screen. But it can turn out to be very economical if you can order in large quantities and if you are judicious in the selection of your colors. We can work with you to determine the minimum number of colors without sacrificing high quality. We also recommend that you use white or light-colored t-shirts, since the material itself is less expensive and it takes less work (which means, savings for you) to print on them.
Printing on dark shirts requires an extra pass (or flash curing) of the screen to avoid the dark t-shirt color bleeding through the design. Click here to see the difference between one and two flashes on a black t-shirt.
